Your stickers are printed with a unique QR code.
Your email address is then virtually attached to the unique QR code.
When an item is lost the finder simply scans the QR code and clicks “notify owner”.

FAQ’s
Q. Are the labels waterproof?
A. Yes they are, they work best when stuck onto clothing care labels. Please wait 24 hours before washing the garment to allow the glue to bond with the label.
Q. Where do I stick the tags?
A. Stick them onto the clothes care label on the inside of the garment. Or, if it’s a non-clothes item, on a clean dry surface.
Q How do I check the QR code is working?
A. Open the camera on your phone. Scan the QR code. Click on the link and click notify owner. Within a few minutes you should get an email notification noting that the item has been found. If you don’t get the email please check your Junk Mail box. If you find it in your Junk mail please change the setting to “Not Junk mail” so that it doesn’t happen again.
Q. Can I buy more tags?
A. Yes, you can buy as many as you like. Just contact us and we’ll send you more!
Q How will I get my tags?
A. For a small fee we can have them delivered to you or sent to your nearest post net office
Q Are my details shared with the finder?
A. No, all notifications will come from us. Nobody finding an item will ever get your contact details.
